Exercising While Injured - Dan O'Malley, PT

We had a few episodes recorded and ready to release, and then the pandemic arrived.  We've been waiting to share some of these episodes with you, and are happy we can do that today! 

Our wellness friend and podcast contributor Debbie Olson recently injured her foot. For many, an injury can really sidetrack anyone's exercise and workout regimen. How do you continue? How much time should you take away from your workout routine to recover? Are there things you can do to keep moving toward our exercise goals while being injured? This week, Sheri, Merriam and Debbie are joined by physical therapist Dan O'Malley for a fun conversation, and Dan offers some expert advise that can be useful to everyone!  We'll also ask Dan some other exercise and therapy-related questions.
